Zwei Association

The Zwei Association is one of the Associations of the City, made up of Fixers specializing in civil protection and peacekeeping.

Details

The Zwei Association specializes in civil protection and peacekeeping, functioning similarly to a police department. Their top priority is protection, working to protect their client first and only killing in dire situations. However, their protection fees can be relatively steep.

The protection jobs that they take are relatively diverse. They may protect individuals or they may be hired to guard an entire area. Additionally, they can operate undercover as well, where they will wear plainclothes instead of their usual uniform to blend in to the citizens of their environment.

Equipment

Among the weapons chosen by Zwei Fixers, Zweihänders are the most common. However, glowing batons are not uncommon either.

The Zwei uniform consists of a blue trench coat with black arm guards and shoulder pads. The shoulder pads and the bottom of the coat are also marked with yellow stripes. Underneath the trench coat, they wear a yellow shirt with a black tie, black slacks, and optionally wear a black vest overtop the shirt.

Following a livestream of 7/26/2024, it has been shown that the Zwei association wear a different uniform compared to those of the Southern division, being more closely resembling the knights of Charlemagne and Orlando Furioso's characters rather than the standard navy-blue outfits with yellow stripes. Astolfo from the prequel game Library of Ruina has been hinted to be a part of this association.

Trivia

• Following the naming pattern of the Associations, Zwei is German for the number two, but may also refer to their signature weapon of Zweihänders.
• Zwei Association South Section 6 is the same section that is fought in Library of Ruina. Notably, every member of this section in Ruina fought with Zweihänders while Sinclair fights with a Baton.
