You Want To Get Beat? Hurtily? starts the battle with 1 stack of Surgery
Attack Pattern[]
Hurtily follows a pattern with an increasing number of skill slots. It increases up to 4 slots, using the following skill rotation for the first 5 turns:
Turn 1 - Get to Work
Turn 2 - Worktime, So Excited
Turn 3 - So Excited, Worktime
Turn 4 - PUNISH☆MENT, Worktime, PUNISH☆MENT
Turn 5 - Get to Work, Worktime, Don't Stop Me
After this, it will loop on the following skill rotation with 4 skills per turn
- Worktime, So Excited, So Excited, Worktime
- So Excited, Worktime, Don't Stop Me, Worktime
- PUNISH☆MENT, Worktime, PUNISH☆MENT, Worktime
- Get to Work, Worktime, Don't Stop Me, Get to Work
If one goes through both abnormality events and disabled the Upgrade Factory at Work passive, then all of Hurtily's skill slots will be replaced with the skill E-MER-GEN-CY!!!
Parts[]
While Hurtily only has the one part, it has a unique mechanic. If Hurtily is brought down to 1 HP and fully heals due to Surgery, it also unstaggers Hurtily and restores the stagger threshold. Only the health of the core is affected by the health reduction of Surgery, and not the body, so the body will keep its stagger threshold at its percentage of the Body's health.
Events[]
Hurtily has 2 Abnormality events.
The first event triggers after any 2 cyborgs revive due to the "Upgrade Factory at Work" passive. This can be the same cyborg twice, or two different cyborgs once. The event questions why they keep coming back to life, and gives the manager a choice to either investigate, or to keep fighting. The former allows the second event to trigger, while the latter does nothing.
How do those cyborgs keep coming back?
The Sinners were discussing.
“Perhaps those beings are not alive.
That way, they would not be able to die.”
“No, we’re not getting philosophical here.”
“Hmm~ To me, it looked like rebuilding a brick wall.”
“…I think I’m hearing something from that factory in the back.”
The group turned their gaze to the factory behind the cyborgs.
Metallic clanking could be heard from the place that was quiet until moments ago.
Maybe you should take a look at that shady facility?
Investigate the factory. You decided to check out the factory. But, you might want to do something about the cyborgs first, just to be safe. Perhaps you could earn enough time to get through by incapacitating the biggest one? Investigating the factory… |
We can’t walk into unknown danger like that. Keep fighting them. “Do we really have to crawl into a place like that?” One Sinner spoke bluntly. They make a good point. No need to take risks. If they keep coming back, we’ll just keep on beating them until they don’t. We decided against investigating the factory. |
The second event triggers once Hurtily is staggered after choosing to investigate in the first event. The manager is asked "DO YOU LOVE THE CITY YOU LIVE IN?" and can press Yes or No. The buttons can be selected multiple times until one of the following conditions is met:
- If No is selected 3 times, the factory is peacefully shut down and the "Upgrade Factory at Work" passive is disabled.
- Otherwise, if 5 inputs are selected, the factory detonates. This deals damages to all Sinners and disables the "Upgrade Factory at Work" passive.
Pinning down the largest cyborg as planned, you got to the factory in time.
“Huh, this is…”
“Looks like some kind of toy plant.”
The Sinners comment on the huge mechanism.
“Ah! Come behold this curiosity!”
The Sinner pointed to a control panel with several buttons attached to it.
