TimeTrack, sometimes known as the TimeTrack Corporation and more commonly known as T Corp., is one of the 26 Wings of the City. They are known for their Singularity, which allows them to control time over a specified area.
One of the known functions, the TT2 Protocol, includes speeding up, slowing down, and even pausing time, as well as replaying moments in a loop or reversing time. However, their Singularity does not quite achieve complete manipulation of time, but rather packages it and releases it in controlled quantities. In order to speed up time, the packaged time would be released from the Singularity, whereas to slow it down, the Singularity would package the present time. As such, the process of packaging time to use in the future requires the slowing of time in the present, a process most notably carried out within the WARP Trains as per T Corp.'s agreement with W Corp.
Details[]
T Corp.'s Singularity's functions are related to light and time.
The Wing's control over light is evidenced by its manipulation of the spectrum of color.[1] District 20 is mostly devoid of color: T Corp. uses unknown technology to drain areas under its control of color, with the source of the draining system being located at the center of the Wing. The Backstreets are black-and-white monochrome, while Nest T's color palette is sepia-toned. Persons or objects can be exempted from this color draining by paying large sums to T Corp., and lamps that can restore color to the areas that they illuminate are also available for purchase by the rich.[2] The Executive Manager Hubert is also completely immune to the color draining effect.
T Corp.'s Singularity's control over time extends to all inhabitants: within the Wing, the duration of a person's day is determined by the amount of time in their possession, with four hours being considered the minimum amount of hours necessary for one's survival. This practically manifests in inhabitants who own more time appearing to move faster than ones who have less, as the Singularity allows them to condense many more hours in a single day. For this reason, there are twelve clocktowers in the twelve different sections of the District, showing the standard time of the Wing and allowing all inhabitants to know the current time. T Corp. also allows the purchase of the Temporal Velocity Synchronization Device, or TT4 Protocol, an apparatus to synchronize the time speed of selected individuals in a certain area, which was utilized within Wuthering Heights during the events of Canto VI.
Time is used as the predominant form of currency, and timepieces are carried by everyone as both wallets and a form of personal identification. Workers are also paid time as salary for their labors.
The Wing conducts business with many other Wings, including Lobotomy Corporation, R Corp. and W Corp., which use their Singularity to an extremely constructive and effective degree. Despite its reasonable treatment towards other Wings who wish to use their services, it subjects its residents to an incredibly strict regulation of their lives, to the point of having control over their time and colors. The whole district has a Victorian steampunk aesthetic. Smokestacks reach up into the sky, constantly spewing forth black smoke, and the dress style of the inhabitants of the Nest, as well as the architectural style of residential buildings is reminiscent of the Victorian era. Also reminiscent of this era is the multitude of factories; all residents are subject to virtual slavery, including Nest residents. Child labor and worker exploit is rampant, as evidenced from the shoddy dressing of the lower classes and the memories of Yi Sang.
T Corp. views technological progress as extremely important, and requires both new inventions and groups of inventions to be registered and permitted through them. This presumably also includes allowing them to use one's technology as they see fit. Yurang invented ID cards to track and identify lost and orphaned children, and they were put to use by T Corp. to ensure maximum productivity in their factories, with the inventor herself being forced to wear one.

Collectors[]
For more information about the Collectors, see T Corp. Collectors.
T Corp. Collectors are responsible for tracking down and registering new technologies in their district. They come in several classes. All of their equipment is adorned with gears and has abilities relating to time, even being able to reverse injuries.
Singularity[]
Their Singularity is the TimeTrack Protocol, which allows them near-complete control of time over a specified area. This allows them to both speed up and slow down time, as well as pause and reverse it. It was developed thanks to funding from Lobotomy Corporation, who needed the capability to accelerate and loop time for their own plans.
They also have a related technology which allows them to "collect" time and repackage it for later use, such as cooking a stew that would take days in a matter of minutes. They collect the bulk of this time from a partnership with WARP Corp., taking the time from the millennia-long train rides that their passengers go through.
Relationships with other Factions[]
Lobotomy Corporation[]
Their singularity was developed by funds in large part from Lobotomy Corporation, who needed the control over time for their Seed of Light project.
WARP Corp.[]
They have a partnership with W Corp. in which they allow them to harvest and repackage the time from the journeys the Warp Trains take.
K Corp.[]
They have an unknown business partnership with K Corp.; Dongrang received a job offer from K Corp. after cooperating with T Corp.
R Corp.[]
R Corp. uses the TT2 Protocol to accelerate their cloning process.
