Story Dungeons are dungeons that appears as the end game of some Canto. Accessing these requires certain amount of Enkephalin Modules.

OVERVIEW

A GUIDE TO LEARN ABOUT STORY DUNGEONS

Story Dungeons acts as the end game for some Canto. All sinners are brought in based on their current Identity and E.G.O equipped, and cannot be changed in the team selection before an encounter. However, changes to Level, Uptie Tier, and Threadspin Tier outside the Story Dungeon will be reflected in the sinners here.

Checkpoints are found at certain points of the dungeon, resetting all sinners' HP and SP (and resurrecting any dead ones), saving progress up to that point, and allowing the manager to change their sinners' equipped Identities and E.G.O.

Compared to Mirror Dungeon, Story Dungeon has their unique E.G.O. Gift that are useful in certain situations.

Story Dungeons focuses on affixed dungeon encounters, whereas Intervallo Story Dungeons (Distortion's Fathoms) functions similarly to Mirror Dungeon layout, while still possessing Story Dungeon-exclusive E.G.O Gifts (and including Mirror Dungeon E.G.O Gifts), excluding the fact they only have a limited floor before the main boss encounter.
