The Mirror of the Beginning was the Mirror Dungeon of Season 1. It is unlocked by completing Canto II.

It was removed along with the Mirror of Mirrors, and replaced with the Mirror of the Lake as part of the December 14th, 2023 update. However, all Abnormalities, enemies and E.G.O Gifts that were previously present in this dungeon, can still be encountered in future Mirror Dungeons.

Rewards

Mirror Dungeons have a 3-day max weekly rewards system in place, where the first three dungeon runs in a week (regardless of completion level) will reward the player with extra resources, namely:

• 250 Free Lunacy
• 15 XP for the Limbus Pass

Once the Weekly Rewards bonus has been used up, the player will only receive 10 Limbus Pass XP for any subsequent Mirror Dungeon runs.

	Doomsday Clay Doll	The 3 Doomsday Clay Dolls encounter as a floor 2 boss was removed. Likewise, various other floor 2 bosses were reworked, such as the amount of Pink Shoes slaves being doubled, or the Inquisitors getting Peccatulum sidekicks.
