Line 4: Masquerade is the fourth line of Refraction Railway introduced in Season 4: Clear All Cathy. It is unlocked by completing Canto VI.
Line 4 is composed of 13 total Stations, with 4 Sections. Unlike in previous Railways, the player cannot swap Sinners between fights, as each Section comprises of a single fight, with each Station being a wave in the fight. 4 of these Stations are Rest Stops, which work similarly to those in Line 3, with a key difference being that every SInner has their SP reset to 0. Out of all the combat encounter Stations, 2 consist of regular enemies, 4 consist of boss encounters, and 4 consist of encounters with the newly-introduced Peccatulum Invidiae. This Refraction Railway is also unique as the Terminus consists of 2 Stations (waves), with the first being a Peccatulum Invidiae encounter and the second being the final boss. Enemies encountered in the Railway consist of aforementioned Peccatulum, enemies and a boss from Canto VI: The Heartbreaking, enemies from Intervallo III: Yield My Flesh to Claim Their Bones, and 3 new abnormalities foreshadowed in the Season Pass.
