Hurting Teddy Bear is an Abnormality that can be encountered in Abnormality events in the Mirror Dungeon. And in don quixote's dungeon in part 3 of canto vii

It is related to Happy Teddy Bear from Lobotomy Corporation, and the source of the E.G.O Hex Nail.

Appearance

Hurting Teddy Bear is a large worn-out teddy bear, that has been impaled with nails. Its fur is faded and grey, and is coated with grime and bloodstains. The plush is missing its eyes, and its mouth has been sewn shut. Several other stitches can be seen all over the Abnormality's body. It has a round body, short legs, and big arms with sharp, black claws.

Nails have been lodged into the Abnormality in various places such as its arms, shoulders and the top of its head. The Abnormality appears to have a large hole cut out from the front of its body. A heart can be seen inside the cavity, that has been skewered by nails in all directions.
