Extraction

Extraction is the core "gacha" system of Limbus Company, and the primary method for obtaining new Identities and E.G.Os.

It is recommended that you gamble your Lunacy regardless of if you can shard the Identities or not.

Overview[]

Each extraction costs 130 Lunacy or one Extraction Ticket. There is also an additional option for the player to do one extraction using 13 Paid Lunacy daily (resets each day at 5:00 KST).

Alternatively, the player can also perform ten consecutive pulls together for 1300 Lunacy, 10 Extraction Tickets , or one Decaextraction Ticket.

Identity Extraction[]

The base rates for Identities when performing a singular Extraction are as follows:

These same rates apply to a Decaextraction ("10-pull")'s 1st to 9th pull. However, its final pull will change to these following rates, essentially guaranteeing that at least one -rarity Identity or higher will be extracted. Due to this, it is always encouraged to pull with these whenever you get them.

E.G.O Extraction[]

Rather uniquely, E.G.O is extracted non-repetitively. This means that, unlike Identities, any E,G.O equipment that a player obtains (including those bought from the Dispenser or redeemed via from mail reward), will be excluded from the Extraction table during future pulls.

If the player has managed to acquire all currently available E.G.O, therefore removing all of them from the possible Extraction table, the rates for any future Extractions will change as follows:

As such, it is always worth it to pull for EGO, no matter your current lunacy amount.

Standard Extraction[]

A permanently-available banner where there is an equal chance of receiving any particular Identity/E.G.O.

A banner that increases the probability rates for receiving the featured Identities and/or E.G.Os, typically done in pairs of either 1 and 1 Identity, or 1 Identity and 1 E.G.O.

A banner that increases the probability rates for receiving the Identities and E.G.Os of a specific Sinner.

Special Extraction Banners[]

3-Star Identity Assured Extraction[]

A unique 10-pull only banner that allows the player to receive at least one 3-Star Identity with a 100% guarantee. Only appears in the Extraction menu when the player has a 3-Star Guaranteed Decaextraction Ticket in their inventory.

There has also been an alternative version of this banner that only includes Identities from a specific season. These [ Season X ] 3★ Guarantee Decaextraction Ticket are generally rewards during the season in question, like the Season Pass, the Refraction Railway or the event of the Intervallo Chapter.

New Manager's Welcome Extraction[]

A temporary banner where there is an equal chance of receiving any particular Identity/E.G.O, sharing rates with Standard Extraction. This banner is activated for new accounts only. It can only be extracted a certain amount of times before expiring - Lunacy costs are reduced by ~38.4%.
