Outis' Blade Lineage Cutthroat Identity mirrors that of a member from Blade Lineage in the alternate world, but not to any particular character.
During 22/02/87 update, Blade Lineage Cutthroat Outis had a name change, officially becoming a Salsa like most of her companions. This is the ninth instance of an Identity having its name changed, with the first being Kurokumo Clan Wakashu Rodion. It is currently unknown why this change was made.
